All started in 1995 when Niken was at "Laluna Enterprise" - an F&B / Entertainment Consultant in Jakarta servicing more than 48 cafes, restaurants, and hotels around the city. While attending college for her bachelor at Trisakti School of Transport Management (STMT Trisakti), the famous Niken with her "Bourjuis Gank" at SMA 77 High School Jakarta, created N.A.PRO Talent & Event Management in 1996 where finally merged with FCA Events in the late 1999. “A client in need is a partner indeed”, that’s Niken’s critical view as event management person. Finishing his Advertising Studies in English Diploma at Faculty of Letters, University of Indonesia in 1994 made Fauzan joining Prambors Radio until 2000 after finishing his internship program at Advrtising Agency, Perwanal/DMB&B (D'Arcy Macius Benton & Bowles). Getting involved with radio off air enriched his job as event/marketing support at Jimbani Café and also DART Communication Agency as Director o Production Assistant until 2002 while finishing his Degree at Faculty of Law at University of Indonesia. “Create a positive and great events to speak (show) the world our capabilities”, that’s his magical believes.
